The working group led by the Hokim of Tashkent City, Shavkat Umurzakov, studied the implementation process of investment projects in Yangihayot district.

Within the scope of the study, a number of operating and developing enterprises were inspected. Among them are the JAC production site (vehicles designed for social purposes, commercial transport for business, and models for personal use), the “Fayz Parranda” enterprise with Belarusian investment participation (poultry meat production), one of the major producers of refractory products, “Ogneupor” LLC, as well as Broco and Siri industry enterprises specializing in confectionery production. On-site, current production processes, expansion plans, capacity utilization levels, as well as problematic issues and proposals from investors and enterprise managers were thoroughly examined. Particular attention was given to infrastructure provision, logistics, connection to engineering networks, personnel capacity, and conditions for further production expansion. It was emphasized that each reviewed project is delivering significant socio-economic benefits: new jobs are being created, the volume of competitive product manufacturing is increasing, the district’s tax base is expanding, related sectors are developing, and the stability of the local economy is strengthening. The implementation of such projects contributes to strengthening the industrial potential of the capital, supporting entrepreneurship, and forming modern production chains. These chains encompass the entire process from raw materials and components to finished products oriented toward the domestic market and export.
